1. Remove two existing concrete patio structures and a haul away debris (can use bobcat) Patio A=20x14 Patio B= 14x10 Total = 420 sq ft 2.Frame, Pour and finish concrete patio measuring 23x24. Total = 552 sq ft a.Level ground b.5 in thick c.4,500 pounds per square inch strength d.One half inch thick steel reinforcing rods placed at two foot centers in both directions e.Stained inside concrete (color to be chosen later) f.Concrete to include fibermesh , consisting of virgin polypropylene fibers, that are added at the concrete ready mix plant, about two pounds per cubic yard. g.Smooth Finished… not brushed finished 3.Frame, Pour and finish concrete patio sidewalk measuring 53’x4’. Total = 212 sq ft a.Level Ground b.4 inch thick c.Same stain as above. Additional Info (Added 9/1/2010 14:50)... Stained concrete refers to additive being in the concrete at the time of pouring, not applied after the pour. This is not a deal breaker... but preferred. If you do not have experience in pouring stained concrete, please let me know. |
